Weighed in this morning and I'm down three pounds... A lot of which im sure was fluids.... But at any rate, I'm happy to see results. I've been running hard and following my calorie counting closely and honestly. Watching the biggest loser rift now and I cannot fathom weighing 400 pounds... This show really shows me that I need to make a change now at 171 before things get too far! I've been drinking tons of water today. I'm excited about the positive changes coming.

Today was good. I woke up and had a slim fast, and then had 100 calorie popcorn (chubby girls best friend!) for lunch. Mcalister's for dinner. I was tempted to get fast food because it was cheaper, but I decided it wasnt worth the regret. My boyfriend is sick so I couldn't cook for him tonight. I'm finding that soup is probably the best option when it comes to ordering out at a restaurant. That's ok. Because I like soup. I also ran 4.5 miles with manageable shin pain. I'm not freaking out about it too much yet. So far, this year is looking good for me. Hopefully the new school schedule will be kind to my routine. On Tuesday and Thursdays I'm making a mandatory HPE class for a grade so hopefully the morning aerobics will further my fitness goals. It's looking like a good year!
Also joined a couple of manageable challenges on here. Looking to get rid of 10 pounds by valentines and 25 by April! I can do this! Maybe Charles will buy me something if I reach my goals.

I haven't weighed myself in months... these numbers could be a lot worse. Glad they aren't worse than they are.
