Not a great day on eating or workout. I'd say it was fair, so I can't beat myself up that much. Today was a rough day, so my head wasen't where it needed to be. Tomorrow is a new day!

Pease ignore this! Don't judge! Didn't eat a thing until 7pm and then it was whatever was in sight. Odviously not the smartest or healthiest choice. *hanging my head in shame* BUT I did do my workout!!!

Feeling good today! Although my diet was not so great yesterday, I've been trying, and could see some slight results this morning. Slimming down and toning, so hard work does pay off! I just need to maintain a clean diet and keep up with my workouts and hopefully will be where I want to be soon. Ate out tonight but chose a healthy smart meal, it was delish and I feel wonderful about my decision. Good Start!

I am tired of feeling tired and miss feeling fit. When I was eating well and working out daily, I have never looked better, or felt better. I guess depriving myself of the things I am so used to eating and I tell myself I'm craving and need (whether I NEED them or not is still debatable) leaves me in a dangerous situation when I am presented or tempted with these danger foods. So I probably have over indulged the last couple weeks, and with an injury not being about to remain active, I have gained a couple pounds. I have said it since day one and recognize that it will always be my downfall; I am indulgent person.
