Hello buddies
Well I have to be quick as I am on my way out the door to my sons soccer game. I can't believe they are making the kids run in this heat it's crazy!! I had a busy day but a good one. For breakfast we had french toast I only had one and I loaded it with fresh strawberries.Lunch I had some veggies and humus with whole wheat crackers. and for dinner we had tacos which I have with only alittle meat but load on the veggies. Tonight I am making a cheescake that I found in my weight watchers cookbook...wish me luck as I have never made one before:)Didn't do any exercising today just to darn hot out!! But I have been drinking plenty of water so I'm on the right track. But that was my day and now I'm on the run again. I hope everyone had a great day and stayed cool in this heat wave. Good Morning buddies:)
Well today is a much better day! Lastnight I had a simple dinner of salad,a tuna sandwhich and some fruit salad. Maybe it was the heat but I didn't feel all to hungry. Then I just hung out with my kids playing Go-Fish and watching a movie:)This morning I went through my weight watchers cookbook to get some more healthy ideas for us as I am starting to get bored of the same old thing day after day..Time to switch things up lol! I have lots of running around to do so it's a short journal today. I hope you guys have a great Tuesday and I'll talk to you tomorrow:)

Good Morning Buddies!!
Sorry I haven't been on here for awhile have been dealing with alot of personal stuff but I'm back! My family and I went camping for the long weeekend at Balsam Lake it was very relaxing and what we needed:) I actually surprised myself alot! Usually when I go camping it's an excuse for me to be able to eat whatever and how ever much I want but I didn't do that. I ate pretty darn good. Instead of buying alot of junk I bought watermelon(which I can't get enough of:) Peaches,Water stuff like that. out of the whole 4 days I only had 2 smores the rest all good stuff:)I even drank bud light lime for the weekend instead of my fruity coolers! So that was a good feeling when I came home and jumped on the scale and saw I din't gain anything!!! But aside from that I had amazing time spending one on one time with my kids and husband! Now this where it gets alittle sticky... I came home relaxed from my great vaca and what do I walk in on.. world war 2! Lots of stuff going on with my family. My grandmother was diagnosed(sorry for spelling) with alztimers it's in the early stages but still she is my bestfriend and I feel really bad for her. Then we have my brother who... well I don't even have a nice word for him at this point so I guess it's better not to say anything. I'll put it this.. He is 28yrs with 2 kids another on the way in 8 weeks and he is out acting like he is 16 again. I just don't understand where his morals and responsibilities are? We are 2 very different people and I just can't be botherd with him or the way he is right now.I know he is my brother and I would do anyhting for any of them but there has to come a point where we say enough is enough and I'm at that point! I am realizing that I can't take on evryones problems anynore I am going to drive myself nuts!! So with all of this going on I didn't do very well. Chips,icecream mcDonalds.. etc!! But it's monday and it's new day so I am not going to give in anymore:) Sorry for the long journal today but I feel better geting this out and off my chest! Thanks for reading and listening buddies!

Hello buddies,
Sorry I didn't write yesterday but we were VERY busy this weekend. Now that I have landed long enough I can write in my journal:) So not anything really different I ate pretty well over the weekend I even passed up chips when my kids offered, I did have some craving for my junk food but I just took one craving at a time and eventually they went away and I got through it without taking it!!!The only bad thing I had was alittle to much pop today. But other than that I was a good girl. So that's it for now. I hope everyone had a great weekend and talk to you tomorrow:)
