Back from my birthday weekend in Vegas. Time to get back on track!

I can't believe I lost 3 pounds in 5 days! I'm so happy! Eating less and getting back into my old gym routine has really paid off. One thing I've noticed is I feel like I'm eating worse foods than before I signed up with fatsecret.com; I think it's almost a way for me to prove to myself that I can still eat whatever I want (donuts and all), and still remain at or under 1800 calories per day.

I love the pie chart on here. It really helps me see what I eat in terms of fat, carbs, or protein. My fat and carbs are out of control :( This is a great learning experience :)
