i slept in yesterday.. 6:30 was too early for me on tuesday but then i couldnt help not falling back to sleep. i cant take naps cuz if i do, i dont sleep well at night.. yesterday was a wasted day was too tired to exercise.. my stamina has been messed up for the last 2 1/2 yrs almost 3 but it's getting stronger.. plus my people were home.. i dont like being watched but i like going to the gym.. stupid i know.. i'll get my exercise tomorrow; going to the lovely gyn tmw lots of walking thru hillcrest.. well the parking lot then the bridge blah blah.. i did make better choices yesterday with the exception of a piece of cake :/

Ahh well i woke up early today... i decided to so i can fit more hours into my dy so maybe i'l sleep better so that's rule number one and #2 i'll get more done and maybe burn more calories. I decided to follow dr Oz's thing about weighing yourself right after u wake up but he says 6:30 AM!!! i cannot do that (sorry!) but for some reason I woke up while my parents were getting ready for work cuz the bathroom light was on and my alarm goes off at 7! i forgot to turn it off! i couldnt go back to bed so fine i weight myself with the wii in my pj's ok... i lied . just me in my t shirt and underwear.. my sister is still sleeping no one cares... 183!! ahh i get it now! i ate a lil to much yesterday made a few bad choices which i forgot to list AND i started eating my dinner close to 9pm yesterday and it didnt agree with me and it was way too much spaghetti plus i didnt drink my green tea grrr.. i made better choices today and its only breakfast haha. i also did my biggest loser power walk dvd on walk 1 then i took a shower.. i feel great but my eyes r telling me can we take a nap now?? haha maybe i should just weigh myself once a week?? i'll think about it...
