Well, that was a bad start to the week. Had a family emergency and between hospital visits decided to eat fast food two days in a row. Upset at myself, but gotta keep moving forward.

It's something! More good news is that I think I finally found a workout I actually LIKE? What??? Pilates is like really hard, painful yoga, but I think I love it and look forward to doing it every morning. Neat! 😊

I finally did it! I completed a full 1 hour Pilates class! I had to stop for a break half way through and I cussed like a sailor the whole way through cause my glutes were on FIRE, but I made it! 🥳 Now I'll be able to power through the whole video for the next few days until I want to switch up my routine.

Poke with tuna, lots of greens, brown rice, some spicy mayo, and a little pinapple for my sweet tooth :)
