EXERCISE:
-Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.
-Paddling in kayak for 2days up to 2 hours which was good to do since weather was in 70's and sunshine.

-No soda with calories, either diet sodas or water
-Had pretty good success with 6lbs of weight loss for the first week.
-Angel has been helping by preparing lower calorie meals and has smaller containers labeling the calorie count.
-We have been tracking the foods at restaurants that are lower calorie.
- The software and phone app have been useful, however I did send in comments to suggest a simple way to quickly entry custom foods that you already know the calorie count. Also I mentioned a easier was to move foods from dinner one day to lunch the following day, the phone app has 'recent entry' but the web site does not.
