WEIGHT:

EXERCISE:
-Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.
-Removed pretty much all the flags on Hume drive in the pouring rain...brisk walk to stay out of the direct rain.

FOOD:
-Still maintaining only diet sodas

HEALTH:
- My personal issue came out on 7 Feb in front of our therapist, it was VERY emotional and hurtful for the topic to be discussed. I broke down something terrible and cried for my marriage and the thought of loosing the love of my life. For the most part my anguish is over now that I cam discuss it with my Wife. We ordered a test and now the next step is to figure out HOW to get the test done. We both realize the possibility and have mended pretty well despite the overwhelming possibility the test could come back showing what I feel is unfortunately true. The important part is we are working very well together now and will work out anything we need to to be together. I think my therapy will mostly be how to enjoy more intimate time with my Wife and working together the best we can without thinking about what is in the past and enjoy our future.

EVENTS:
-Didn't register my food log most of the weeks so tough to track the success of a couple of pounds since last week, but considering the events we went through this week I'm once again happy just to 'maintain'.

HEALTH:
- Have a ongoing personal issue that has really been upsetting me lately, have seen therapist about it and hope to be making steps forward to sharing it and although it will hopefully add some peace of mind it will come with alot of grief and possibly some rough waters for my marriage, and family relationships. Had appointment on 26th of January 2012 with a follow up not until 6 February 2012, hope I can hold off any incidents until then. "Evidence is compelling enough to prove my suspicions", "The truth will hurt but it must be done so she knows what I've been going through and hope she understands my issues" and can "Open up intimate barriers that have to be overcome for me to survive the horrible feelings I've had over this issue that can not be undone" "I don't want to loose my current family situation over this"

EVENTS:
-Didn't register my food log most of the weeks so tough to track the sucess of a couple of ponds since last week, but considering my mental health status I'm just happy to 'maintain'.
- Traded in our 2004 Chrysler Sebring for 2012 Chevrolet Malibu on 24 January, 2012

EXERCISE:
-Mostly Desk work while at work, about 1 hour driving per day, added Desk work for home computer time.
-Paddling in kayak for 2days up to 2 hours which was good to do since weather was in 70's and sunshine.

FOOD:
-No soda with calories, either diet sodas or water
-Had pretty good success with 6lbs of weight loss for the first week.
-Angel has been helping by preparing lower calorie meals and has smaller containers labeling the calorie count.
-We have been tracking the foods at restaurants that are lower calorie.
- The software and phone app have been useful, however I did send in comments to suggest a simple way to quickly entry custom foods that you already know the calorie count. Also I mentioned a easier was to move foods from dinner one day to lunch the following day, the phone app has 'recent entry' but the web site does not.
