The taste takes a little getting used to. Ive been mixing with pb powder and a banana. No soy or whey. No added sweeteners. I feel good after drinking it.

I have a lot of weight over all that I have to lose. I know I'll probably have to deal with loose skin. Are there natural ways to tighten loose skin during weight loss to avoid needing surgery in the future?

Last night for dinner I had a cheese burger with an egg cooked over easy on top of it and skipped the bun. It was so tasty. I think that may be my go to for burgers in the future.
