Have followed on and off...the primal/paleo way of eating. But more so, just reduced the amount of food I'm consuming. Today, Matt and I are embarking on a 7-10 day juice cleanse...the Joe Cross reboot. I am excited, nervous, etc. I see myself turning a bit away from huge amounts of protein foods(not entirely)...more towards fresh fruits and vegetables...the food of the sun...it feels like a very natural progression...

In general, I feel a lot less anxious about losing weight. And ironically, I have lost. Costa Rica is behind us...excellent trip!...and although I wish I had been in better shape and nearer my goal, it did not impede me and I had an excellent adventure. Our next trip is to Sedona on June 19th. I definitely want to be in "Onederland" for that...more specifically about 175...it's a tall order from this point considering I only have a bit more than 8 weeks...so...here we go!
