Its been reallly frustrating for me because I was not losing and maintained 317 for over a week.. I woke up this morning and that plateau was broken and the progresss starts again.

I met with a personal training on Saturdaya nd she is going to get me going on a program geared towards the activity I do most, which is softball.

My buddy that is out of work, decided he wanted to go to the gym so we have plans to hit the cardio every morning M-F before I go to work.

Weigh-in: 313.4 lb

lost so far: 20.6 lb

still to go: 88.4 lb

Started off as a rocky week. No softball and no racquetball and no motivation to do anything. Sunday was bad since I had Pizza and Beer but I have refocused and started to make up for a couple of bad days. I am behind my on personal monthly goal so going to have to step things up the next 20 days and lose more than 1 lb a day to make goal.

Weigh-in: 322.4 lb

lost so far: 11.6 lb

still to go: 97.4 lb
