Not feeling into it as much today. hard to stay focused on improving when things in life cause so much stress. still trying though

adding up all the walking this week to 1896kcal burned. Goal is to brisk walk at least 30min every day.

30 minutes on the treadclimber. 1.41m walked, 64fl climbed, 254 cal burn. Nice sweat job!!!
