Hello! I am 22 years old, 5'5" and currently 123 pounds. I am usually a very healthy eater but tend to splurge a little too often. I like to work out 4-6x a week by trying different classes at the gym or doing personal treadmill and strength training workouts and I recently completed my first half marathon! I would like to lose 5-8 pounds and feel healthier and more toned.
