Hello! I am 22 years old, 5'5" and currently 123 pounds. I am usually a very healthy eater but tend to splurge a little too often. I like to work out 4-6x a week by trying different classes at the gym or doing personal treadmill and strength training workouts and I recently completed my first half marathon! I would like to lose 5-8 pounds and feel healthier and more toned.

Looking for buddies with the same lifestyle/outlook so add me :)

Need guidance
Wow, thanks for posting! I just read your diet and exercise plan and an00bis's reply - thanks for all the great info! My mom is a Weight Watchers leader, and I lost 25 lbs 3 years and have kept it off by following a similar plan to you.

The one and only thing I have to to suggest is more protein and fiber at breakfast. I find whenever I have a bigger breakfast, I am a lot less hungry throughout the day. I would try a Kashi cereal (not so much sugar and more fiber) with skim milk and a banana. Another good option is oatmeal (especially steel cut oats) made with skim milk and berries or a banana. These are two great options that keep me full until lunchtime.
