I don't know if what I right is only read by me. Nobody ever comments so I assume I am the only one who sees it. When I comment on somebody else's, I don't get a reply. I must not understand how this works. On Calorie Count, we helped each other. I don't know.

I am down 1.6 lbs after joining a challenge where I move 30 minutes a day. Most of the time I am only walking or such, but YEAH I'll take it.

I've never learned so much as I have during the pat week. Now I'll be off to my first challenge to see what I can do. I am decrepit a bit. I have a rotten back that has had multiple surgeries. Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I have to try.
