Todays work out was not generally as long or as labour intensive, but at least it was still exercise. Earlier I was looking for an easy way out of it tonight but I will push through these times and conquer this journey!

According to a quiz I took my metabolic type is "Muscle Burner" which apparently means my body will take some of my muscle for energy, this is not good as your body needs that muscle to burn fat :( Once you have finished the quiz it will load a video to describe things, it is pretty accurate!
