I'm a full time working mom, with two beautiful girls and a hard working husband. We spend most of our time away from home, leaving at 06h00 and returning home at 17h30. Managing home and work is difficult and exhausting and as a result I have let myself "go" I never was an overweight child and started gaining when I started working. I love food, tend to over eat and eat when no one is looking.
