Today is the third day where I'm recording what I'm eating and as I thought, I don't eat nearly enough :\ I worked out yesterday for maybe 7-8 minutes and got ridiculously tired, BUT I wasn't dizzy! I was disgusted with myself though, unable to even work out for 10-15 minutes, but I won't let it stop me. I'm -really- trying to eat as many calories as I should but I just don't get hungry :\ I'm actually planning on going to an doctor and then a nutritionist about this, wondering if my lack of hunger could be because of medical reasons. I don't have any illneses that I know of, but an active single mother should eat more than 500 calories a day. Yesterday I passed it thanks to McDonalds lol But thats a rare ocassion (I usually dont have money for fast food rofl good for diets though!)
Currently sweating my butt off in the kitchen, I live in a tropical island (it's currently 86F) but on top of that my cement house is surrounded by cement fencing, so there isn't a single breeze through the home, even with all the windows and doors open x.x; PLUS the hot kitchen, I honestly look like I've been working out, just look!

About to eat white rice, broccoli and chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder, I have no idea how many calories that is, but I hope it gets me over 1k today! :D

AH! Life why are you so nasty!??! I went out to do errands and was out for lunch as well, was SUPER hungry and only a mcdonalds in sight ;( I wasnt gonna get home for hours, so I folded and drank iced tea and ate nuggets and fries. Granted I ate that ONE serving for both lunch and dinner (cuz it was too much lol) But grrr I wanted to cut down on fast food and candies and such T___T
Googling work out videos as I type though :)

Decided to weigh in every single day because with a 6 year old wanting everything that isnt healthy in sight, its hard to focus! xD
