Day 15 added feta to my food, I have always liked feta.

Day 14, I am doing good with carbs, about 20 or less a day. I am also taking Vit b, d, and iodine. drinking more water which is good. Walking around better, my hip is doing good. I have fun going to my chicken coop and collecting eggs.

Day 13 and I am getting used to this way of eating, it is getting easier. I wanted to thank everyone for the support, I was very active a few years ago here on fat secret, but stopped keeping track of food. I am making sure that at my 62 years of age I know the food count and what i am eating. I am losing weight and this is good, I am not interested in losing tons of weight over night then it is not real weight loss and will return just as easy. I will be doing this phase for a month, then see where I am. The next part is "IF" 16:8 it always worked well for me. As long as I can walk a little, and eat the right food I need now, it will be great.

Day 12 and still on track, my son says I should have a cheat day, but I don't want one, I am fine the way things are going, drinking more water. I walked to the stop sign, my hip was okay, I don't want to push it, if it goes out I will be in big trouble.

Day 11 I need more fiber, which I am adding without sacrificing diet. I need to drink a lot more water, which I have started to increase starting yesterday. I walked about 10 min, my hip did pretty good. I bought new shoes a few weeks ago, to help with walking, it made a big difference. Slept through midnight, which is great.
