So far so good today. No soda, made tea. Cereal for breakfast and leftover ravioli for lunch. Kitchen is clean, hoping to get some other things done today too

Ok, I am getting so overweight and am depressed because of it. I am always tired and worn out from any little activity. I eat waaaaay to much fast food and I don't want my daughters to follow in the direction. I want to be able to have fun with them and ride bikes and play soccer. I want to wear cute clothes again and just be healthy so I don't end up with a bunch of health issues now and down the road. I am giving it up to God to help me have self control and commit to a new lifestyle everyday. It's ok to have "bad" days and slip up, but just move forward. This is Day #1.
