I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm following the same pattern I always do. I do really well on a plan then I go somewhere and mess up and can't seem to get back on track. I went to Vegas and felt horrible not eating well and that still wasn't enough to go back to my good eating plan. I was only 4 lbs away from my goal and then I gained like 7 lbs. Now I have to try and lose 10 again. It's so frustrating. Does anybody else ever go through this? I did good yesterday and so far I'm on track today. I know Atkins works for me and I know how carb sensitive I am, so you would think I would stick to it completely, but no I give into my cravings. I always think just one won't hurt and shouldn't show on the scale but it does and I know better!!! Well I guess I just needed to vent and convince myself to get serious. Thanks for listening.

I was in Vegas and gained weight. I am so disappointed in myself for not having more control. I knew the free drinks would do it. I started off eating good then for 3 days for breakfast I ate toast and hashbrowns. I thought since it was only 1 slice of bread and a small portion of hashbrowns that I would be ok. But obviously it wasn't. It's so frustrating. I really felt sluggish after eating bad, so I am now back on track. Now that I'm home it should be much easier to follow.

Lost 2 lbs!!!! Very surprised after my "bad" weekend. But I'm not taking this for granted, I'm back on track this week.

I messed up last night. Went on a Halloween road rally and dinner was included, but the only thing there was to eat was pasta and salad. I did only eat a very small amount of pasta but it is so high in carbs. I did drink also so I went way over in my carbs. Oh well, today is another day. All I could do is start fresh today.
