Went to JF's yesterday. Results: Lost 3.6% visceral fat (fat around internal organs) and 0.6% subcutaneous. Total weigh loss is 10 lbs which all comes from fat. No muscle loss was noted.
We're sticking with the same eating program, meaning no breakfast & eat all three meals in an 8 hr period working backwards from supper time. Again, carbs will be kept low, 20g - 30g x day (net), protein same as before, 170-220g x day. Fat, should be kept at 90-100g x day according to JF, but I don't agree 100% with that. I won't start logging fat intake for this microcycle as well. Next months results will dictate if any changes are deemed necessary.
Supplements are again, Omega 3's (2/2/1), Candibactin (1/1/1) & Estrodetox (1/1/1).
