I am having struggles with weight loss due to medications. I go up on one and then come off and try a new one for severe lower back pain. I have degenerative disk desease along with an active panic disorder, which I take medications for too. Even with these issues going on I will not give up to loose weight if it is possible! I still watch my grandkids 3-4 days a week. That takes all of my energy and leaves me in terrible back pain. That is not a thing that I will give up at this time! I love it and it is healthy for me emotionally! It keeps me moving!
