Good Morning, I am probably not terribly different from many people here. I need to lose weight. At my age, (54) it's a whole lot less about the way I look, than wanting to avoid weight related health issues.
I have high blood pressure and arthritis. My doctor assures me that losing weight will get me off my bp meds and will certainly help my pain level with the arthritis. The arthritis keeps me from exercising much. I do work part time as a cake decorator, which means I am on my feet 5 hours a day, 4 days per week. At home I enjoy gardening and homemaking. Walking as exercise is very difficult as I walk with a terrible limp and have quite alot of pain. So, I've been looking at the T-tapp program, but have heard both good and bad things about it.
So, I've got 1500 calories per day to enjoy. I hope I can do this thing...
