Living on hotel, eating on a restaurant and going to spa, is not a god idea if you don't want to eat to much. Have eaten 150% both Saturday and Sunday, not god but it was a celebration and I knew this.
My biggest surprise is that I'm so hungry although I ate more calories. My body and I are more satisfied with my own healthy and fat food.
Note: for those who don't know, I eat more vegetables and fat and only natural/pure food.

It's so hard to drink water when I'm not eating. To all my meals it not a problem but I can't really drink besides that.
Fell on a sweet today but it was worth it. It tasted like heaven.

So this is the first day here but not the first day of my journey.
I have been in war with my body since I can remember and I thought I won for a while but then I got depressed. Now I'm back but not here for war. Instead I want piece and understanding with my body. It's a struggle but not impossible.
