Lost a few inches around my waist 👏 The exercising is getting easier. Last Friday I thought I couldn't get through the workout, I was so exhausted, however, to my amazement I did make it. I read last night that this happens when your body is switching to burn fat. Maybe my metabolism is waking up. 😅

My daughter is feeling much better. She is no longer in pain, however, her four incisions itch. The face she makes when she isn't able to scratch them is precious. Looks like Elvis with his lip curled up. 🤣 She has a check-up on Wednesday to see how she is healing. 🤗

Today I grilled Shrimp, Artichoke Hearts and whipped up some cinnamon Sweet Potatoes. I ate the skin also for the fiber. It tasted quite good. For the shrimp I added some "Red Lobster" Seafood Seasoning that I found on the shelf of our local supermarket. Has a kick, love it!!! 😋
