I saved up some calories during new year's eve, did some extra cardio, knowing that I was probably going to go over the limit going out to dinner for mexican food... and I did - back at it hard tomorrow (it could have been much worse.) Can I last on the treadmill tomorrow for two bowl games? That would come out to 3500 - 4000 calories... and about 20 miles???? I'll do what I can. I need a great start to the new year.

Extra cardio/fat burning on New Year's to try and work of chicken fajitas, beans, rice, guac, and sour cream from new year's eve dinner.

I didn't get to the gym yesterday. Didn't finish my work assignment until 1:30 am. Asleep at 2:30 am. Up again at 6:00 am to make it to the office by 7:00 am.
I'm tired, I'm dragging. But I am so excited to get to the gym. Two days without exercise is driving me crazy!! It's going to be a great weekend (5 days!) Gym tonight. Golf in the morning (5 miles of walking... but 34 degrees??) Skiing Saturday... maybe.
You know there will be a lot of excitement in the air with people getting started on their new years goals... many of which will be centered around weight loss and fitness. I can't wait for the buzz!!
