Today is Day 1 of my 50lbs journey. I'm doing the 2 say cleansing and the juice is tasty. I for breakfast I had the juice, 16oz Bottle H20, about 4oz of beef steak and Raw Brocc. Cucumbers and Green Peppers. I feel pretty good about the diet so far. Tuesday when I'm off the cleansing I'm going to write down EVERYTHING that I've eaten and drank for the day. Through all the years I've been dieting I haven't stuck to a diet journal. New things come with new change :) soo I'm willing and able. I hope everyone else is doing great on their LAWL Diets.

Well Sunday Will be my first day on LA Weight Loss, I'm doing the $249 Special Loose all the weight you want. I decided to go 50 pounds. I will write back Sunday Night to see how my first day went.
