Almost there... Cloths that were put away fit once more, but more importantly I feel so much healthier, happier, and I now look forward to exercising at the gym, something that hasn't been the case for quite a few years now.

Okay so how do I get rid of my craving for sugar. I haven't had any for a month now, except what's naturally in food. I realize that's it's bad for you but...

Last week I increased my exercise routine from 5 day per week to 6 days per week and I've added crunches and planking in an effort to tone my tummy and back. I'm really liking how cloths are starting to fit and look better now and my muffin top is slowly disappearing.

Very pleased with the results so far, and I'm finding it much easier to watch what I eat. I still haven't had any sugar, except what is in food, and getting to like black coffee.
