I always notice that as I workout more and more, my body gets used to my routines, and I start to gain due to muscle gain. I find just switching my routines up really helps, also if you are doing cardio switch that up as well. Since your body gets used to cardio it can easily cahnge to cardiac training instead of burning the calories you need to lose weight
hope that makes sense, just keep up the hard work and drink water when you feel the need to eat more

Hey Ya'll
Im also new to FS
Im HORRIBLE when it comes to food temtations and finding easy way outs for skipping out on excersie
I hope FS is what I hear it is
Im really hopeing to drop 20lbs by the end of August. Its our first family vacation since my son was born almost 2 years ago.
Im hoping to find motivation from everyone as well as encourage others in there journy and make new friends
