30 y/o Mother of a 3 y/o. 5'0 - 146 lbs. Just want to get healthier so I can get my mind back and not feel like such a hail damamged frump in all my clothes and in front of the mirror. :) I'm not a big dieter but when I do..I can stick with it pretty well. BUT..WHEN IM OFF IM OFFFFF! Once I slip, it's hot fudge cake for B/L/D for 6 months. HA! Hello everyone.
