I recently switched to WW with my mother in law. She said that she had found a diet that you can really eat and be content! I was all for it! My freezer is now consumed with nothing but WW food! And to tell the truth it taste great! I cant wait to see what difference this diet has on my body as well as my mood. I do go to the gym 3 days a week for an hour to an hour an a half so I am very confident in myself that I can knock out these 20 pounds in no time. Good bye baby weight hello flat tummy!!!!
