I have written recentlythat my back is hurt so I have not done to much but it is getting better. I feel disappointing in the work out area and look forward to getting back into a routine.
I have to end on a positive note and say that I am proud of the food choices I have made. I can do better of course but not eating nearly the amount of crap I used to crave. I need to stay working on smaller portions even with the better choices. Go ME!

So I did really well last week but failed on weighing in on my challenges. Unfortunately this week will not be a successful one. I did some major cleaning over the weekend and my back is killing me but I do intend to at least get in some walks and work up to the exercises by weeks end. Caffeine and water challenge is still in my sights though. I will not let this bring me down!

I have a daily list of what needs to be done, I am doing really well with this but I have to admit yesterday that I did nothing. Not sure if I am fighting something or if thyroid is acting up, or monthly issue is around the corner but I am really achy in weird places. So I am going to power through this and not get discouraged. POSITIVITY!

Need to take a little more serious so I can make sure to see some improvement when this is done. EXTREMELY PROUD of my craving and eating though.
