I have had a poor week. I fell off the diet and gained a substantial amount of weight.

I had the 24 hour stomach virus yesterday, which caused me to not eat anything except for a chicken noodle soup I had at night.

After I finished studying for the bar, I weighed at 193.8 pounds. Two weeks later and I am up to 206.4 pounds. Today I will start a strict diet and will try to go to the gym either at night or in the early morning. The problem with going to the gym at night is that when I work out, I become very energetic a few hours afterwards, which make falling asleep very difficult.
