Is fruit bad
Hi Fletch, im following the same method you are following most of the days while bulking, i think you know your body type (high/low metabolism), so if you are below 10% body fat then its totally fine and your body need it, if you are more than 10% of BF then you need to slow down on fruits, carbs and fats in general, try to replace some of your fruits/nuts intake with high protein meals, it will make you feel full most of the time, hope that was usefull
