total of nine pound since 2 January not bad if I say so myself really pleased and not gave up anything just smaller portions and eating a minimum of three meals a day

slowly but surely it would seem. I am going to try and keep to 1400 calories now even though 1600 my recommended intake as I seem to be averaging 1300 since I started. I have only had five days over the last 18 days where I have gone over 1400 anyway but it may make a difference

Strange i am eating more than i have ever done, used to do one meal a day and pick occasionally throughout the day and losing weight. I have also cut out sugar in my tea and coffee which resulted in a headache for two days - who would think it. I occasionally get a sugar craving so head for the special k chocolate moments which help take the craving away

Weighed myself this morning and lost one pound, should not do it every day so will not weigh myself until saturday now
