I have read that rhubarb has magical qualities, and so have kiwi fruit. I have cooked some rhubarb with SWERVE as a sweetener. It is supposed to help with weight loss, well, here's hoping. I will eat the kiwi fruit tomorrow. That is also supposed to have a good effect. Hope I get a more dramatic weight loss tomorrow.
