Have been following the diet reasonable well. Been juicing every other day and haven't tracked that-it's too much. By the time I get everything out and washed and juiced and finally the juicer cleaned again-I'm done. I know it's good for me so I'm not worried. And apparently something is working. I'll keep on doing what I've been doing.

At lunch time and so far so good. Stopped by hubbys work after working out. He was super hungry since he didn't bring his lunch and forgot cash for the chow hall. I took him to Taco John' for some take out. On the way, passing the PX and Burger King on post I could smell food-YUMMY. I had forgotten my after workout protein shake, so I was also hungry. Hmmm, I'm hungry and taking him to Taco John's which we love so much more than TacoBell. Yes I said it, I love Taco Johns more than Tacobell. Never had Johns till moving here and that will be the only thing about this place I will miss when we move to next duty station. Anyhow, stood in line and ordered his meal. Ordered food to take home to the kids. I ordered myself a bottle of water. Out the door and dropped hubs off at the office and he took the kids food out of the bag and placed it on the console next to me. So there's an order of potato oles in front me and no one is expecting them at home. No shed tears if I pulled in and didn't hand them over. But I knew. Didn't want to cheat myself. Today I had the will, but a month from now will I still have it??

Was doing so good yesterday, then....went out for Father's Day dinner to beat the rush. Mexican food, it was soooo yummy. Lots of chips, salso and queso. Then chicken chimichanga, beef burrito, and cheese stuffed and fried chile. Lets not forget the rice and side order of guacamole. Pepsi refilled once. Oh how good it was at the time.
Later came the gas, bloating and especially very dry cotton mouth. Oh, how awful. I couldn't drink enough water which resulted in frequent bathroom visits during the night.
Woke up late today and in my sleep zombie morning stupor, didn't get any breakfast in. But so far, so good for the eating today. Eating prepackaged frozen foods I have already. Will try not to have so much on hand in the future. More fresh produce is what I'm shooting for. Looking for more whole grains to fit in. Will see what I can come up with and hopefully sneak some to the kids. Daughter very interested in what I'm eating. Already tried my Chia seeds. Lets see what else I can get into her.
