I work in the restuarant business, so I eat standing up and faster than I should. I don't even taste what I eat half the time, and by the time I get home I just want a snack and a hot tea and some TV. I recently picked up running and ran my first 5K over this past weekend. I have been on weight watchers before and it works great, but I always slip back into my old eatting habits. I was hoping by running that I could eat whatever I want but after lossing 14 pounds, I have recently put half of it back on. Just need to find some different habits to break the old ones.
