How often should someone work on their abdominal Everyday? or 2-3 times a week ?
Exactly I'm not saying you should work them out everyday, I'm just saying you can, but also with that being said if your body isn't sore it's probably because lack of a overall core being worked out. Plus if you are working out 5 plus days week chances are there are tons of things you are doing that is working your core even though you would think it might just be arms/upper chest. I know tons of guys that work just there arms and upper chest,but than have chicken legs and guts. Not what I have ever been about.Things like squats and dead lifting will beat your core up. They say you should always work your abs last. Here is a great ab article though.

This is very true what Lisa Hahn said. To much weight loss to quick is very unhealthy. Yes, couple lbs a week is the norm

Notation question for food journal
It can be activity levels, what your RDI is compared to activity, Your diet plan is? Lots of water helps hang in there you will get there...it is a process. All bodies are different just have to figure what works best for you. GL
