Hi all.
i didn't logged my journal for few days. I was away.
Today I took raw watermelon 3 cups diced and a mug of tea with milk n sugar in breakfast.
I also take vitamin tablets daily to keep myself active in house chores.
When I skip my vitamin tab....i really feel so weak and sticks to bed all day long..
Any one give me some suggestion
..what should I do to recover my weakness and also I have a problem of intestinal dryness , any remedy for it.
my hair are turning white due to intestinal dryness? Need ur help.

Today, I have a spre throat. Because I drink too cold 7 up.
oh ho ! Well, im taking diet according to my calories intake.
Feeling a bit weak and sick today.
In breakfast I had butter and a cup of tea
i skipped the lunch.
In evening I took 2 rolipe bananas and a cup of tea.
Dinner will be on time.
Its 4:49 pm in Pakistan.
