My husband and I have had a miscarriage. It has pissed me off and I'm annoyed that I've put on 25lbs in the last two years and still not pregnant. I have no reason to be this heavy. It would take 6 months to get rid of the 25 pounds at the conservative suggestion of losing a lb a week. I'm not sure what my success will be, but surely I should be able to start with a modest goal of shedding 5lbs.

Yesterday I also ate a small portion of leftover ruben casserole. I can't even find nutritional info for a ruben sandwhich. The casserole was made with ground turkey and not corned beef and I used minimal thousand island dressing. It used potatos, not bread and still had sauerkraut.
I also had a small slice of my mother in law's better than anything cake which involves chocolate cake, carmel sauce, cool-whip and little pieces of heath bar. Plus my mom had sent home with us a bag of trail mix stuff. Cinnatoast crunch cereal, peanuts, m&ms, pretzels mixed with a coating of white almond bark. I didn't eat a ton, but more that a person really should. Mmmm, it tastes good.
I'm a bad bad gal as far as snacking goes.

I slacked off last year. I still worked out, but not like I should have. I did get up to a long run of 4 miles, I've never done that before. Since then I've fallen off the running wagon. I need to get back on the horse.
I'm not overweight, but I'm on the border for my height. I need to nip that in the bud while I just need to lose 10-15 pounds instead of later needing to lose 20-25.
My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. It seems like it may take some more time yet. I need to be fit for me, but how awesome would it be to be a fit and trim momma. It would make the whole process a little more bearable if I were as healthy as I can be.
We'll see.
I try to eat healthily. Obviously I ate at McDonald's this morning and that's never a good plan. I thought that I was running late for a morning meeting, so I didn't make breakfast. The meeting didn't happen. Oh well.
