I don't know how I am supposed to feel about something I did that was wrong, but then apologized for it, then got a reply with the person being a total jackass.
I can sit here and tell myself that I didn't apologize for his approval-- and I didn't. I just have not ever, and I mean ever, gotten a response like that.
I guess there are some ppl I am just not meant to be "friends" with, but it does still gnaw at my nerves that I got a reply like that.

Phew! There, all better. I am not gonna turn to food to bury this emotion.
I'll just get to the stupid point. I am saddened and hurt that someone I don't know is still an asshole after I apologized. There. Uggh.

Why is it when I lose weight, I immediately want to sabotage all my efforts to lose this fat and all my hard work and money with a trainer?
This is the question I asked myself continually this past couple of weeks. My conclusion: I have abused certain substances or acts in the past like- alcohol, smoking, sex, t.v. watching, fantasizing, shopping, overspending etc... and of course food. I have surrendered alcohol, sex, smoking, t.v. and fantasizing to God but food and spending I have not. And look at where all my problems are at... MONEY AND FOOD!
So I will be daily surrendering my will to God on all things food and money.
