Looks like fasting 16:8 with counting calories per week is paying off. I don’t restrict myself of foods but rather manage calorie intake. I do focus on eating more protein. I try to eat near 230g a day which aligns up with my target weight of 230lbs. Once I’m in the 270s I’ll start running again.

I can’t stop making this salad lol. It’s too good. Loaded up with 3 small avocados before they go bad. Why can’t they have a fruit man that brings you daily fruit like the milk man used to. That way I wouldn’t be wasting fruit when I buy by the bundle.

I feel like I’m finally getting that holiday weight off. I got up to 305 during that time. If I can get below 280 soon then I feel like I’m off total he races towards my target weight of 230.
