Cheat day
There is a diet plan called a Zig-Zag diet. This lets you have more calories on some days, less on others.
You need to work out what your calorie allowance is for the week, divide that by 7 and then play with the numbers to give you a few days a week when you can have some treats.
Here is an example...
Sunday 2,500 Calories
Monday 1,500 Calories
Tuesday 2,000 Calories
Wednesday 1,500 Calories
Thursday 2,000 Calories
Friday 1,500 Calories
Saturday 2,700 Calories

weight-loss plateau
Hey folks,
Turned 50 this year. I was 120 kg back in Jan and was told by my doctor that I was on the cusp of being pre-diabetic.
I'm down to 112 kg with diet and exercise (COVID definitely didn't help), but I've been stuck at 112 for a month now.
Have been pretty good with the diet, by my standards. I've been running/walking on a treadmill for 30 mins a day, 4 x a week.
Any advice on how I can speed this up a bit?
