Use to weight 600 plus. Had weight loss surgery in 2008. It was a life saving surgery for me. 10yrs later, (and now 297) I need to buckle down, and do better again. Been working on it about a month. Have lost 7pds. I do feel better just losing 7pds.
Once I figure out how to use this App, maybe I will do even better.
