Friday, yeepee! Work, shopping and end of week house stuff. Tomorrow morning I meet the girls for our weekly workout together and then coffee; I always look forward to that. Tomorrow my granddaughter is spending the night with me so I'll have to stock up on stuff I can't eat--but that's ok, it'll be fun having her!

Feel better today like I'm getting into my zone. Reasonable work day so I made it to the gym and had a pretty good work out--focused on legs today.

Really long work day so I didn't make it to the gym--dbl down tomorrow. Overall, it felt like a better day than yesterday. Feel like I'm headed in the right direction.

I did fall off yesterday, though not badly, so no weight loss. Today is a new day and new start.
