31yrs old rubenesque female living in Cologne, Germany. Single, no kids, no pets but 4 plants. :o) I love shoes, bubble baths, coffee, chic robes, postcards, shoes, baking, the smell of grass after rain in summer, shoes, handbags, books, cinema, comedic operas and oh, did I mention shoes? *g*

I started doing a programm for weight reduction called "Gesund Abnehmen" (=Healthy Weight Reduction) in April 2010. I weighed 118 kg (260 lb) at this point of time which means I was obese class III (also called morbid obesity). I "lost" 30 kg (66 lb) within 9 months despite my hypothyroidism. You can't image how glad I was to finally have found a way that works for me.

Since November 2010 I ate less controlled and gained 10 kg (22 lb) again. My original program was closed in March 2011. I found FS via my android app and now I would like to take the next step and reach my "normal" weight in regards of BMI, so 24.9 or 68 kg (149 lb).

I record all my food in the mobile app. As I am using the German version with the German food database you'll not find anything in my food diary here on FS as this version of the app does not sync. I am calculated to eat at last 1800 cal and I stick to those everyday in a range of 98 - 100 % because eating is so important for loosing weight.

As I believe in knowing where to go here are my achievements and goals:

July 1st, 2011: 98.8 kg - BMI 35.85 - WHtR 0.63
August 1st, 2011: 93.5 kg - BMI 33.97 - WHtr 0.6

Goal 1: drop to obesity class I - done July 16, 2011 with 95.8 kg
*~*Working on: Goal 2: be under 88 kg*~*
Goal 3: drop to overweighed
Goal 4: be under 78 kg
Goal 5: be under 73 kg
Final Goal: 68 kg max

I Can't be the only one... can I?
It also happens to me when I am on the bike or stepper. As I don't like doing either things I stopped them and do other stuff now. It never happens to me through a normal day so I figured it must have to do with a certain movement that somehow cuts off the blood.

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
Embarissing enough but I had difficulties to fit into my bathtub when I started with 260 lb last year. Now I feel no longer squished in there and a nice bonus is that the water level raises because I am less. I really love my bubble baths and have one at least once a week as a treat for myself. Now I really wanna be able to "swim" in my tub and maybe also share with someone speical. *g*

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself daily and record it in my smartphone (android app) to get a better understanding of how my body works. I already can see that I gain from Monday to Wednesday and lose from Thursday to Sunday despite keeping my daily intake and exercise the same everyday.

Here online I log my weight once a week on Friday as this is my "official" weigh day unless a challenge asks for daily weigh ins. Surprised)
