Been tracking my food intake and my exercise. Have lost only 3-4 lbs., but I feel much better, clothers fit better and I have more energy. It is only week# 2. It is NOT a diet, per se, it is a lifestyle change.

Did really bad last night. Several Margeritas and popcorn, paid for it. This morning before workout weighed 272.4 from the other day AT 269 lbs. Gotta stop the madness. Did really good today however.
Here is my exercise, cardio only. Just need to decrease intake and really increase output, extreme cardio willl do it.
Type: Elliptical Time : 45.2 min. Intensity ( HR ) Range from 133 to 148 BPM that is 83% to 92%, religiously. At one time got up to 166 BPM, held it for 20 seconds, that is 103%
CALORIES 721.9 DISTANCE = 3.66 Miles
FOOD INTAKE: 1457 Calories Carbs.:=39.5% Protein : 28.5%
FAT = 42.0% What KILLED ME TODAY Mac n Cheese, Roll and 2 Butters.
