I've been so tired lately, and I don't know why. I don't think I'm sick or anything, but I've just been exhausted. That has made it really hard to stick to my exercise plan. I know I need to stick with it though.

Wow, I haven't been on here for over a year now. Well, my weight has jumped up (from 148 to 168) largely because I was having back problems. I couldn't really walk for two months (November and December) and gained about twenty pounds in that time. I haven't gained any since then, but I haven't lost any either. I'm still dealing with my back issues, but I'm ready to start working out and getting my weight back down.
