A new month and I am happy to say that I stuck to my diet all of last week. Now that I am comfortable with the program and seeing results I almost feel like I can go on cruise control. Love the Greek yogurt and blackberries for breakfast and I have been using Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones for lunch. Dinner is usually a large salad and some type of protein which I grill if the weather cooperates. I walk first thing each morning and I am feeling so much better. I feel in control again!!!!

Arrived home yesterday and I am ready to resume my healthy lifestyle.
While we were gone I didn't adhere to my diet and it is time to knuckle down and pick up the pace again. Today we are having grilled chicken breast, grilled potatoes and fresh green beans. I feel so much better when I follow a healthy diet.
