This is a new day and I'm starting over right now!

I have managed to get up by 5:30 a.m. each morning this week and walking 2 miles before the sun comes up - living in Phoenix, Arizona I'm trying to figure out how early I'll have to wake up when its 100 plus degrees by 7 a.m.

I would love to have people check out my website to find a way to eat and drink healthy! It's also an opportunity for parents & people interested in going "green" as well as providing a financial bridge for families between paychecks, and stay at home moms!

4/6/11 - ate too much food. ugh! Our networking group is at a restaurant that has this incredible dish called Borek - I don't even know how many calories, etc. but it's so dang good! :-)

Monday weight 2miles walked & phys therapy. recommended magnesium calcium w/vit D.

It's Saturday morning - woke up at 4 and got out at 5 and walked 2.06 miles - the stars were out and the walk was convoluted, but I managed to do it in 40 minutes. Not the fastest, but I think it's a start...
